And this is my family picture. My sister Linda, me, sister Merrilee, Mom, and Dad. This was taken at Easter 2006. My folks are retired now and have become snowbirds. In November they head south to Arizona and in March or April they return home to eastern Oregon. It really surprised me when my father chose to do this because he had always been such a recluse and hermit before. Never wanting to go anywhere and never really having friends. Now he travels the United States and has good friends everywhere. My mother, of course, has always loved traveling and has always had oodles of friends. They are both enjoying their retirement thoroughly.
